We’re easy to find, 1 block west of the 5 freeway exit at Poinsettia Lane and then south on Avenida Encinas.  In the Poinsettia Plaza Bldg. at the far south end of the parking lot (past the Ralph’s and Pelly’s Fish Market). Plenty of free parking.

Payments accepted include: cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle.  Dr. Tom has competitive fees and flexible payment plans so we can customize your payment plan to make it easy for you to come in for needed treatment.
